TECHNOLOGIES
The one I would recommend would be the Apple I pad. We have just got I pads at school were I work. We have I pad ones and now I pad two. The teachers I work with and myself all love the I pads. Four activities that I use in my classroom with the I pads would be 1. We hook it up to our smart board and we looked stuff up on health/PE stuff when we are doing any types of health/PE lessons. 2. When we are doing our dance unit we look at dance steps on Youtube and they are played with the I pad through our smarboard screen. 3. I download music to it and we play music through a speaker we have the runs through the Mac computer when we are doing our dance lessons. 4. I use the I pad to help keep up with my students laps that we run every Monday so it is handy for record keeping. I would tell any teacher to get a I pad and use it in their classroom.

Instructional Sities
The two instructional sities that I would recommend would be YouTube and PE Central. I teach PE and with YouTube the student could type in any type of sport and get great info on how to play and different types of drill that would be useful towards that sport. PE Central is a great site for students and teachers to look at for many different types of PE activites. I use PE Central about once or twice a week. The grade levels that these can be used would be K-12th grades with PE activites.

Web 2.0 Sites
The first site I would recommend would be animoto http://animoto.com. I liked this one cause you can add pictures with music to teach your students certain skills. This is a new way for students to learn. You can use this for K through 12th grade levels in Physical Education. We have ALWAYS taught our students the same ole ways and this is a great way for students to learn visual and adding music can always add interest to the learning environment.
The second site I would recommend would be bubbl.us https://bubbl.us/ this is a great way for students to see a outline of what is going to be taught during that unit. They can follow along and see what is coming up next during the unit. When I was a student this would have been a great way to see what we were going to be learning during that unit. This site can always be used for K through 12th grades in Physical Education.
